Amazon FBA Standard Pallet Requirements

To ensure your shipment is accepted by Amazon, your pallet must meet the following criteria:

• Pallet Dimensions:

  • Standard North American pallet: 48" x 40" (121.9 cm x 101.6 cm)

  • UK/EU pallets are also accepted: 1200 mm x 1000 mm or 1200 mm x 800 mm

• Maximum Pallet Height (including pallet):

  • Typically up to 72 inches (182 cm), but always check your Amazon FBA warehouse requirements.

• Maximum Pallet Weight:

  • 1,500 lbs (680.4 kg) per pallet

• Box Limits:

  • Each box on the pallet should not exceed 25 inches on any side and 50 lbs in weight, unless the item itself is larger.

  • Boxes over 50 lbs require a “Team Lift” label; boxes over 100 lbs require a “Mechanical Lift” label
